Stock Has A Successful First Quarter In 2019: New Models And New Neighborhoods Impressing Homebuyers

Stock’s approach is paying dividends. It has roared out of the gate with strong new home sales at the recently launched WildBlue community in Estero. In the first two weeks of sales, the company signed 12 new home and homesite contracts with an additional seven being finalized. Altogether, Stock estimates that the contracts initiated immediately after the launch will be worth approximately $25 million.

During a winter season when the company debuted new furnished models and released for sale beautiful new neighborhoods, the company recorded soaring sales numbers at Fiddler’s Creek, Naples Reserve, Isles of Collier Preserve and Lely Resort.

“Stock registered more than $25 million in new home sales across all of its residential offerings in South Naples,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Stock Development. “Homebuyers love the new neighborhoods and the new furnished models we have opened in the area!”

Stock sold 10 homes each in Isles of Collier Preserve, Naples Reserve and Lely Resort, which is nearly sold out. 

Stock Signature Home recently opened a new Madison II model in Fiddler’s Creek and a Marigold model at Isles of Collier Preserve, while Stock Classic Homes opened four new models in Naples Reserve.

At Fiddler’s Creek, Stock is now building in three neighborhoods – Malaga, Livorno and Capistrano. Five beautifully furnished models are open for viewing.

Lee and Nancy Rosenbluth purchased Stock’s furnished Belfield model in Fiddler’s Creek in October of 2018.

“We looked at many model homes by several different builders,” said Lee. “When we walked into the Stock’s Belfield, there was an immediate ‘wow factor’. Each room was more exciting that the previous one. From the floors to the intricate ceilings the quality was superb. We were just as impressed with Stock’s sales representative, Susan Joyce-Bremseth.
