Stock earned 16 CBIA Sand Dollar awards across several furnished models and neighborhoods. In addition, Stock Custom Homes’ Matt Sellick was named Builder of the Year.
LBIA awarded Stock with three Product Design of the Year for furnished models and John Rebimbas was named Residential Salesperson of the Year.
The strong 2020 sales numbers reflect the resiliency of the SW Florida market.
Stock sold out its offerings at Quail West, one of the area’s most luxurious communities. The 21 sales in the community topped projections.
