Estero Crossing is a mixed-used project located on the south side of Corkscrew Road, between Three Oaks Parkway and I-75. Estero Crossing will feature 60,000 square feet of retail space positioned closest to Corkscrew Road and Corsa, a luxury apartment community with a total of 306 residences. Vertical construction is underway. A variety of businesses have already signed up for positions in the high-traffic corridor.
The commercial space at Estero Crossing will be pedestrian-friendly, with brick-paver walkways, benches and lush landscaping. A variety of businesses have already expressed interest in the high-traffic corridor, including restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as other entertainment venues, boutique-style shops and even health and wellness offices and studios, among others.
