STOCK Custom Homes first of three row homes at the "Residences on Sixth" now open for viewing

Stock Custom Homes, the award-winning custom division of Stock Development, opened the first of their limited collection of two-story row houses. Located at 102 6th Street South, the row house showcases architecture by Matthew Kragh, AIA and interior design by Ficarra Design Associates’ principal, Lisa Ficarra, and associate designer Kealy Stapleton. Going forward, the row house will be open daily or by appointment.

The row houses, located just three blocks north of Naples’ highly-acclaimed 5th Avenue South, each boast more than 3,800 square feet of spacious living. The overall design of 102 Sixth Street South is directed by Kragh’s signature Florida style which creates a blend of classic old Florida that is shown throughout the architectural elements combined with a cleaner line, transitional furniture pieces, and light fixtures. Within, the interior design exudes tranquil elegance with its coastal casual color palette, consisting of varying shades of turquoise and blue. The living and dining room feature primarily turquoise tones accented with subtle hints of lime green and sky-blue fabric details. An ivory upholstered bed and a dark wood stained dresser are surrounded by a soothing and sophisticated muted blue palette in the master bedroom. The two upstairs guest bedrooms are highlighted with playful patterns in the fabrics and splashes of color in the tile selections. The two-story living room is accented with a precast stone fireplace, a style which carries through to the pool deck’s water wall accented with a glass mosaic tile background a stone precast.

A key feature of this home is the custom designed forged iron stair railing that continues beyond the staircase and along the upstairs loft ledge leading into the bonus room. The soaring common area ceiling viewed from the first and second floor was also carefully designed, featuring geometric stained wood molding that accents the elegant silver-leaved chandelier that hangs through into the living room.
