The Lake Club, Lakewood Ranch’s most prestigious community, invites prospective homeowners to experience the meticulous design, high-end amenities, and masterfully designed residences during the annual Tour of Homes from October 18 to November 17. The month-long showcase will feature sixteen exquisite models within four of The Lake Club’s distinctive enclaves. Each weekend will feature newly created signature events and activities for all interests from noon – 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20, attendees will come face-to-face with renowned interior design experts during the Tour of Homes’ Meet the Designers event in The Lake Club. Attendees will also gain a distinct designer perspective on the models, crafted by The Lake Club’s preferred builders: Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, and Stock Signature Homes.
On Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, the Wine and Cheese Tasting will entice a variety of palettes with delectable pairings to try in several stately models. The excitement will continue on Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3 when guests will have an opportunity to indulge in the Chocolate Lovers event, featuring decadent desserts for all to enjoy. Following, the Taste of Italy event on Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10 will take guests’ taste buds on a journey with flavorful Italian cuisine. Finally, the Tour of Homes will close on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17, providing one last opportunity for guests to explore the private communities and beautifully furnished models in The Lake Club.
Sixteen exquisitely designed and fully furnished models will be available for viewing throughout the Tour of Homes. The newest enclave, Genoa, is home to eight new Stock Signature Homes models.
