Stock Names Mituzas New Home Sales Associate At WildBlue

Marianne Mituzas has been named the New Homes Sales Associate for Stock Signature Homes at WildBlue in Estero. 

WildBlue is a spectacular 3,500-acre community nestled between Naples and Fort Myers in Estero. Stock is a builder in the community, which features over 800 acres of freshwater lakes and inspired single-family residences. 

With its lakefront lifestyle and striking natural landscaping, future WildBlue residents will enjoy the winning combination of new home designs and a thriving, amenity-rich environment.

Originally from New Jersey, Mituzas has had her Broker-Associate license for nearly 35 years. She has been with Stock Development for several years as a New Homes Sales Associate at Paseo and Hidden Harbor.

She began her real estate career selling high-end residential properties in Stuart, Florida. Locally, she was a Broker/Associate/Co-Manager for Realmark Realty Group at Cape Harbour in Cape Coral for seven years managing all aspects of the successful high-end boutique real estate office with a major focus on customer service. 

Mituzas’ sales experience also includes two years with Waterman Broadcasting as an advertising account executive for ABC 7 in Fort Myers and 10 years at The News-Press Media Group in Fort Myers as a Retail Advertising Sales Executive and Key Account Real Estate Sales Executive.

Stock Signature Homes will be offering nine floorplans ranging from 2,500 square feet to over 3,400 square feet on 85’ lots. The floorplans available include a selection of the company’s designs, as well as the introduction of five brand new floorplans designed specifically for WildBlue. 

On the Peninsula, Stock Signature Homes and Stock Custom Homes will be offering a variety of floorplans and custom homes designs on 102’ and 140’ lots. 

For the next few weeks, Mituzas will operate from nearby Quail West until Stock opens its on-site facility at WildBlue.
