Stock recently completed a customized Astoria IV model for Marc and Leslie Ugol in The Moorings. They worked with architect, Rich Guzman, to customize the elevation for a specific “look” that they wanted to achieve. 

“We are absolutely thrilled with our new winter residence,” said Leslie, “We were a bit hesitant at the start because we knew we would not be physically present often enough to observe all aspects of the project. Gordon and Cheryl Handte built Stock’s Regency Manor model in Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, moving into their new home in June of 2018. Now retired, they are full-time Naples residents and could not be happier with their Stock homebuilding experience.
