The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch welcomed more than 1,000 people over three days to the grand opening of the newest luxury enclave, Genoa, along with eight exquisite new Stock Signature Homes models. The VIP event and tours garnered astounding attendance from residents and prospective homeowners, all sharing rave reviews of both the enclave and the new models. As a result of the weekend’s festivities alone, 12 properties are now pending under contract.
The newly designed residences in Genoa feature three and four bedrooms, great rooms, optional bonus rooms, extended lanais and three-car garages, and offer the finest in luxury appointments available. Surrounded by lake and preserve views, these spectacular homes offer the choice of Mediterranean, British West Indies or Coastal Florida styles, each with distinctive architectural inspiration, details and finishes. Guests were astonished by the Sterling, Livia, Madison, Covington, Birchwood, Cambria, Easton and Mayfield models and all that they provide.
In addition to Genoa, guests were able to discover the resort-level amenities that residents of The Lake club have access to. A yoga lawn, children’s playground, fitness trail, dog park and sports courts have just been added to the park. The visionary 20,000-square-foot Grande Clubhouse includes a full-time concierge desk, impressive banquet hall, lounge, pristine yoga and steam room, massage and treatment room, billiard and card room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Future luxurious enhancements will include six tennis courts, pickleball and a Lakeside Café at the resort-style pool.
Those who were unable to attend the grand opening of Genoa will still have the opportunity to explore all that The Lake Club has to offer during the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association Parade of Homes. The doors of 18 dazzling models by the region’s finest builders, including Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, London Bay Homes, and Stock Signature Homes, will be open for guests through March 10. Spanning across four enclaves, they will be available for viewing from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
