The Lake Club's Genoa Reveal, New Model, Draw More than 1K Attendees

The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch welcomed more than 1,000 people over three days to the grand opening of the newest luxury enclave, Genoa, along with eight exquisite new Stock Signature Homes models. The VIP event and tours garnered astounding attendance from residents and prospective homeowners, all sharing rave reviews of both the enclave and the new models. As a result of the weekend’s festivities alone, 12 properties are now pending under contract.
