Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, a number of custom estate homes, model homes and inventory homes are completed or in various phases of construction.
One of the models just completed is the Sophia III by Stock Custom Homes, which is open to tour during this weekend’s Parade of Homes.
The Sophia III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,892 square feet under air and 8,820 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.
