Stock Custom Homes’ Casa Bordolino Model Nears Completion in Quail West

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, a number of custom estate homes, model homes and inventory homes are completed or in various phases of construction.

One of the models nearing completion at Quail West is the Casa Bordolino by Stock Custom Homes.

The Casa Bordolino, which overlooks the 1st green of the community’s Preserve Course, is a two-story, four-bedroom plus library/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 6,193 square feet under air and 8,819 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.

From the front entry, you step into the foyer, which includes an elevator, half-bath and a wine room. Straight ahead is the nearly 22- by 22-foot great room with an intricate ceiling and two walls of sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the outdoor living area with fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa.
