Stock Custom Homes’ Calista Model Under Construction In Quail West

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, a number of new estate home models are under construction. One of the newest is the Calista by Stock Custom Homes.

The Calista is a four-bedroom plus library/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 5,582 square feet under air and 8,422 total square feet, including a four-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa.

From the foyer, you step into the expansive great room with a decorative vaulted ceiling. Walls of glass in the great room retract back in two directions, providing direct access to the pool and outdoor living areas.
