McGarvey Custom Homes Completes Fontaine Model in Quail West

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, McGarvey Custom Homes has opened its newest furnished model.


The Fontaine, which offers a view of a lake and the 10th hole of the community’s Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four full-bath and two half-bath home with 5,665 square feet under air and 8,658 total square feet, including a side-entry three-car garage, golf cart storage, and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa, outdoor kitchen with island seating, gas grill, under-counter refrigerator, sink and the pool bath.


From its elegant double-door entry, one steps into the grand foyer and gets an immediate view of the pool and golf course beyond.


Straight ahead is a large, open space which includes the great room, the kitchen and the formal dining area.
