New Cortona II Model Under Construction In Quail West

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, Stock Signature Homes has started the construction of a new Cortona II model, one of the community’s most popular floor plans.

The Cortona II, which overlooks the 13th fairway of the community’s Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,159 square feet under air and 7,822 total square feet, including two two-car garages separated by a port-cochere.

A double-door entry invites visitors into the grand foyer. To the left is the formal dining room, to the right is the study, and straight ahead is the formal living room with fireplace and wet bar.
