David “Koz” Kozlowski will be charged with running the tennis program once open. Kozlowski is a well-renowned tennis teaching professional and commentator and is one of the first 17 Master Professionals in the world, as certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association. Prior to this position, Kozlowski launched the tennis program at Laurel Oak Country Club in Sarasota and managed the tennis agenda at Sea Colony Resort in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
The Lake Club Kitchen has also come under new leadership with the addition of Chef Radames Febles. Febles developed a love for cooking at a young age during summers spent helping his grandparents on their farm in Puerto Rico. He took that love of cooking to New York to study at the Culinary Institute of America.
Febles has worked with Norman Van Aken, described as "The Culinary Titan of Florida," alongside internationally renowned chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval, and was part of the creative team who opened Zengo, a new restaurant in Santa Monica, California.
These amenity developments come after the completion of luxurious enhancements to the park just last year, which included a yoga lawn, children’s playground, fitness trail, dog park, and sports courts.
