Stock is kicking off 2020 with surging new home sales across Southwest Florida. In January, the company signed 45 new home contracts worth $60.8 million.
This builds on a terrific year of sales in 2019. The company netted 338 new home sales worth $412.7 million. In addition, the company closed on 250 homes worth $252.5 million. Stock sold out its homes at Lely Resort, Hidden Harbor and Renaissance and launched sales and opened furnished models at WildBlue. It has also released two new neighborhoods in Naples Reserve.
