Stock Development Nears Sell-Out In The Isles of Collier Preserve

The Cocoplum is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath plan with 3,641square feet under air and 5,537 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area.

While the beautiful homes and natural setting have been the main attraction for buyers in The Isles of Collier Preserve, the community’s amazing amenities run a close second.
