Stock’s Caymas Models A Phenomenal Hit With Visitors

 It’s barely been two weeks since Stock Development unveiled the first four models in its new resort-style community of Caymas, and already they are the talk of the town and a must-stop-at destination for those participating in the annual Parade of Homes, which is sponsored by the Collier Building Industry Association.


The four furnished models, two by award-winning Stock Luxury Homes, a division of Stock Development, and two by nationally recognized Pulte Homes, have received high praise from everyone who has walked through their front doors.

Stock’s first two models include the Birchwood III and the Cambria III.



The Birchwood III is a three-bedroom plus study/two-and-a-half-bath home with 2,431 square feet under air and 3,736 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It features interior design by Colleen Wilson of award-winning Collins DuPont Design Group, which is based in Bonita Springs.


The Cambria III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage.  It features interior design by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors.

Pulte Homes offers four beautifully designed floor plans in Caymas, two of which are also models.


The Brixton is a single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home will just under 3,000 square feet under air. The Regency Grande is a two-story, five-bedroom plus den and loft, two full-bath and two half-bath home with more than 4,100 square feet under air.


All four models will be open today, which is the final day of the Parade of Homes. The hours are Noon to 3 p.m.


“The timing of this Parade could not have been more perfect,” stated Leger-Wetzel. “Our onsite sales center just recently opened, the first two of our eight planned models were  just completed and furnished and then the Parade starts. Caymas is off to a phenomenal launch and sales have been amazing. What a great start!”


The 780-acre Caymas is being developed in the heart of Southwest Florida’s hottest new corridor. It will consist of only 457 incredible single-family homes and feature an amazing list of onsite amenities simply unrivaled in the Southwest Florida marketplace.


Prices currently start at $1 million, but pre-construction pricing is expected to end soon.
