SARASOTA, Fla. – November 18, 2025 – Stock Development has commenced construction on the Wild Blue
at Waterside clubhouse, a lakefront centerpiece that will introduce a new collection of upscale amenities to the
popular Lakewood Ranch community. Stock is collaborating with Humphrey Rosal Architects and Clive Daniel
Home on the architecture and interior design of the 30,000-square-foot space.
Drawing inspiration from Wild Blue at Waterside's stunning lakeside setting, residents will appreciate a relaxed
and elegant ambiance anchored in a palette of coastal blues, sun-bleached neutrals, and earthy textures.
The statement features begin upon entry into the lobby, where guests are met with a dramatic, grand stone wall,
accented with transom windows and an alcove of light boxes that complement the hanging antique mirror
pendant light fixtures. Unique textural elements can be found throughout the facility, bringing detailed luxury to
the forefront.

stand, live-edge style barn doors to the private dining room, and a sculptural wine wall with handcrafted
wallpaper and metallic accents.
Additional features will include a theater in which residents can enjoy a relaxed living room setting with
recliners and sectional sofas. The walls will feature decorative sconces for lighting and textured surfaces to
enhance acoustics. The Wellness Center is being designed with serenity in mind, featuring cool color palettes and
offering stunning views of the lake. Each of the outdoor dining areas is uniquely designed with varying flooring
styles to create distinct gathering spaces while also flowing as a synergous social space.
