"Construction is well underway for the Wild Blue at Waterside clubhouse, a lakefront centerpiece that will offer an exclusive new collection of upscale amenities to homeowners when it opens later this year. Stock is collaborating with Humphrey Rosal Architects and Clive Daniel Home to create an equally active and relaxing activity hub for residents.
The design of this luxury 30,000-square-foot facility will offer an elegant ambiance anchored in a palette of coastal blues, sun-bleached neutrals, and earthy textures. The clubhouse will serve as a centralized space where residents can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, a variety of fitness opportunities and classes, relaxing areas near the pool, and engaging spaces such as a theater and game room.
“The level of quality in the design and planning for both the interior and exterior of the Clubhouse is superb,” said Josh Christensen, who serves as the Owner’s Construction Manager for the clubhouse construction.
Upon arrival, guests will enter a lobby anchored by a dramatic grand stone feature wall. Transom windows and an illuminated alcove of light boxes will frame the space, complemented by antique mirror pendant fixtures above. A signature textural element will carry throughout the clubhouse, expressing the refined craftsmanship and elevated design for which Stock is known.
Upon entering the indoor dining space, a custom wood backdrop will be central behind the host stand, and live-edge-style barn doors can provide privacy for intimate gatherings. Additionally, design features will include a sculptural wine wall with handcrafted wallpaper and metallic accents.
Other standout features planned for the clubhouse include an intimate theater designed to evoke the comfort of a relaxed living room, complete with plush recliners and sectional seating. A wellness center will be thoughtfully created with serenity in mind, featuring cool color palettes and offering stunning lake views. Outdoors, each area will be uniquely designed with varied flooring treatments to define distinct gathering spaces while seamlessly flowing into a cohesive, inviting social environment.
