"Wild Blue at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch was visited by thousands of prospective homebuyers during the 2026 Parade of Homes by the Suncoast Builders Association. Stock Custom Homes’ Sophia IV and Stock Luxury Homes’ Mayfield III both received Best Outdoor Living in their categories, while Stock Luxury Homes’ Wyndham IV received Best Office, and its Chandler V received Best Kitchen.
