Estero Crossing will feature 60,000 square feet of retail space positioned closest to Corkscrew Road and Corsa, a luxury apartment community with a total of 306 residences. Vertical construction is underway. A variety of businesses have already signed up for positions in the high-traffic corridor.
The commercial space at Estero Crossing will be pedestrian-friendly, with brick-paver walkways, benches and lush landscaping.
